Week 1
Week 1 is done & all things considered it hasn't been too bad. I've been taking Mady with me on my longer workouts & she loves getting to have a "big sippy" (water bottle) and going fast. After about 20 minutes she gets bored, so we are experimenting with ways to keep her entertained. If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to share them!

In The Beginning
It all started with a stupid bucket list and a challenge from a co-worker. Now I have told people I'm going to do it & have committed to stick with it this time. Watch out St. George, on 10/1/11 my thigh rub might get so intense that I'll be the first participant to actually run while on fire.
